The excellent service from the reception and travel advisors truly made our experience nice, as they provided fantastic sightseeing recommendations and assisted with our transportation and ticket bookings. However, I did encounter a minor issue at check-in with the bedroom lock card not being activated beforehand, which was a bit inconvenient.
